Welcome to Mirgo Decor by JN. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any transactions you engage in with us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Mirgo Decor by JN offers a variety of services including but not limited to:

  • Interior décor and styling
  • Feng Shui consultations
  • Home staging
  • 3D modeling and layout planning
  • Property setup for short-term rentals
  • Design consultations (in person or virtual)
  • Booking support
  • Website building related or experiences (if applicable)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

  • All service bookings require a deposit or full payment, depending on the package.
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Final payment is due before project completion or as agreed in writing.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
  • All payments are processed securely via third-party platforms. We do not store payment information.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and may depend on the nature of the service already delivered or resources already purchased.

Custom decor, design packages, and consultations are generally non-refundable once work has begun. For larger projects, partial refunds may be negotiated based on the percentage of work completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for your project
  • Respond in a timely manner to scheduling or design requests
  • Give access to the property (if in-person service is required)
  • Respect timelines and mutually agreed terms
  • Maintain communication during project delivery

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, documents, digital content, and branded materials created by Mirgo Decor by JN are the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to delivering high-quality services, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Client dissatisfaction arising from subjective design preferences (we will do our best to align expectations through consultations)
  • Property damage or third-party issues unless due to proven negligence on our part

7. Confidentiality

All client information, including personal data, property details, and project files, is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

8. Links to Third Parties

Our website or services may contain links to third-party tools, websites, or affiliates. We are not responsible for the accuracy or practices of those third-party entities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client at our discretion if terms are violated, behavior is inappropriate, or communication becomes abusive or unproductive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
